These Terms of Service govern your use of the GC Soft website and services provided by GC Soft Technology Pty Ltd.
1. Our Services
GC Soft provides website development, website management, maintenance, cloud-based solutions, Android application development and related technical services.
2. Acceptable Use
You must use this website and our services lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, disrupt systems or use our services in a way that may cause harm to GC Soft or others.
3. Project Agreements
Individual projects and managed services may be subject to separate quotations, proposals, contracts or service agreements. Where a separate agreement applies, its terms also form part of the relationship between GC Soft and the client.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original software, website content, graphics, branding and design produced by GC Soft remain owned by or licensed to GC Soft Technology Pty Ltd, subject to any separate written agreement with a client.
5. Third-Party Services
Some services may rely on third-party hosting providers, cloud platforms, APIs, payment processors or other external systems. Their operation may be subject to their own terms, availability and policies.
6. Service Availability
We work to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Australian Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
