There are models of 3D-lipo systems available. All are aimed at non-surgical fat removal, cellulite reduction and skin and come with differing options. They are as follows:

The same specification as the 3D-lipo+ model but with improved thanks to an automated vacuum roller with integrated radiofrequency in the same hand piece.

It also has a duo function so two areas can be treated simultaneously in the treatment session, such as both thighs at once, in order to save time.

In this model the 3D with RF hand piece is replaced with a Shockwave therapy hand piece used to target cellulite and the hand piece is replaced with a HIFU one which stands for High Focused Ultrasound, which is used for targeted fat removal.

The 3D-lipo machines offer five methods of fat reduction and improvement of skin appearance, with bespoke services being to suit a person’s needs.

Cryolipolysis

In a process that the completely unique of and cryo therapy, there will be a 20-40% reduction in the fat cells of the treatment area, which will die and dissolve over the months following treatment, to reveal the new body shape. It works via a super cooling applicator that takes the temperature of the treatment area down to -6ºC, which freezes the fat cells to a point where they cannot (1). Cavitation (Ultrasound)

"I did some research and thought that fat freezing would be the answer especially as I was too nervous to go under a general anaesthetic for liposuction. They were so friendly at Springwell Clinic and I wasn’t made to feel stupid for wanting it done. The treatment felt a little strange as it was very cold and pulled a little (which I was told to expect) but after 15 mins I couldn’t feel anything and it was very relaxing. I was made aware that I might not get the result in time for the wedding as I hadn’t left enough time but it was fine and the photo I took on my honeymoon in my bikini, shows the result.
