What happens in the skin consultation

Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any particular skin  and what your skin goals are. We  that information with a full skin and assessment, so we can create the right treatment and skincare plan for you.

During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully examine your skin, the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress  your treatment plan.

We’ll then discuss your daily and monthly skincare and plan to get the best for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of  including chemical peels, or Hydrafacial, and to use at home.  on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or  nurse. And if you are in injectables as a solution to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

Book a general skin consultation with a nurse or . Ideal for those with mild to skin including mild acne, congested skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully  for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised  plan will be recommended. If you have more pronounced skin concerns that require a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse prescriber or doctor for .

Your Skin Consultation (Going At this website) lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your and create a  treatment plan.

The consultation is completely free, but we do a £25 to secure your consultation. You won’t be if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your over 48 hours before your appointment in line with our cancellation policy.​

The cost of your treatment and/or plan will be confirmed during your consultation, but treatment can start from £59, depending on your clinic.

Your consultation will be with one of our nurses or practitioners with extensive of the skin. Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or  if you need to see one. Please note these with a doctor or dermatologist are chargeable and do require a refundable* – please check the consultation price before booking. We can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber for an   if you are concerned about the signs of ageing. We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the if you wish.

Our expert skin practitioners will ask a variety of questions which are to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin concern. For example:

You can wear makeup to your appointment, however, we recommend that you come makeup free so that we can spend the maximum amount of time your skin. We cannot fully your skin with makeup on as we need to assess the texture, and colour which could indicate such as acne or .
