The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV shall stay the unique legal and helpful owner of all copyright and intellectual property rights in the Footage in all time. All rights not explicitly approved herein are reserved by Racing TV.

Permissible Use and Restrictions

You may view the Footage when on a desktop computer screen or mobile phone for individual, personal, domestic, non-commercial uses just in accordance with these conditions.

You shall not:

(a) Make the Footage readily available to anybody else;

(b) Use or see the Footage besides as specifically allowed by these conditions, or copy, relay, broadcast, or interact the Footage to the public, nor might you consist of any part of or all of the Footage in any equipment or product conserve as specifically permitted under these terms or develop any enhancement or derivative works of any part or all of the Footage;

(c) Save, edit, copy, modify, misshape, customize, distribute, reformat, disassemble, postpone or repeat the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that contrasts any of the moral rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage;

(d) Remove any product recognition (including however not limited to screen icons), legend or notice, or any proprietary or copyright notification from any part of the Footage;

(e) Represent or declare that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage;

(f) Store or transmit any Footage to any publication, user group, other site, electronic bulletin board, newsletter, server or other storage device in any form; or

(g) Sell or commercially exploit any part or all of the Footage in any way.

Third Party Rights

Racing TV and each of its group business might impose any arrangement of these terms versus you as a 3rd party contract recipient whether in the name of bet365 or in its own name. The Contracts (Rights of 3rd Parties) Act 1999 shall use to these conditions.
